My friend stepped in front of a train yesterday. I am heartbroken. She was a bright light in my life and now she is gone. She put comfort in my heart the day before my wedding and I will never forget that. Goodbye Jodi

This year I am running a Marathon. Wow.
Also the Shamrock Shuffle, Warrior Dash and a few other 5, 8, and 10k's.
Hopefully will be a productive year.

I think it's getting into the routine of not eating it too. I went through a stage of being SUPER healthy and like you said, junk food then make me feel horrible. I need to get back into better habits like you!
I have decided that for my new years resolution I will give up fast food and high fructose corn syrup. This is going to be tough. But, I think I can do it.
