Wow, thank you so much to everyone who commented on my application pictures. It meant a lot. I was really down on Wednesday when I got the email from Missy, but when I saw all the awesome comments from people yesterday and today, it really cheered me up.

Work was strange today. All but two kids went away for the weekend with family so the house was pretty empty. One kid watched movies all night and the other was being pissy about something so she just went to her room for the night after dinner. Eliza, my co-worker, and I were pretty bored. We were so bored that after watching some TV show that neither of us was really interested in, we ended up playing that old board game, Trouble. The kids have been obsessed with it lately and often get us to play with them, but us playing without them seemed kind of sad.

I have the day off tomorrow. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it. I know I'm hanging out with my friend Jake in the evening, but I don't know about before that. Maybe I'll catch up on everyone's journals!
