I have a hacking cough. Its not as bad as it was yesterday when it was a hacking/wheezing cough though. I also kept losing my voice yesterday. It kind of came and went. In addition, I sounded like a man for part of the day. I talked to Mle on the phone and she told me later that she kept wondering if it was really me. This is a really icky cold. My voice is sounding much better today.
I was a total spaz yesterday. Its getting to be that special time of the month, but I didnt realize it. My PMS was much worse than it usually is yesterday, I guess because I was sick. I spent all day alternately laughing and being on the verge of tears. I never actually cried but I came damn close. Because I didnt realize what was wrong, it was really irritating because I thought I was just nuts for the day. Although most of the time I am really happy that I am a woman, there are certain times when it simply sucks.
Mle dyed my hair for me. It was supposed to just dye my roots and brighten up the rest. It ended being a much darker shade of red with an almost purple tint to it. Apparently the dye was stronger than it normally is or something because it also stained my forehead which never happens. The color wasnt what I was going for, but Ive already gotten tons of compliments on it, and it is really pretty. The coolest part is my eyes have been green pretty much constantly since the dye job. My eyes are hazel and change depending on what Im wearing and on my mood (at least as far as I can tell.) I would prefer them to always be green.
Random thoughts:
I need to clean my room.
I dont like those nasty clear-brown spiders.
It is sad when people go away.
It is really awesome when new people come into your life.

I need to pay my overdue parking tickets.
Question: When you were a child, did you have a favorite stuffed animal, blanket, or something similar that you treasured? Do you still have it?

2) I, too, have overdue parking fines. I should probably go take care of those...
3) My favorite stuffed animal as I was growing up was a white bear my "first boyfriend" gave me when I was six. I still have it, though it's permanently not white and has been to the "Teddy Bear Hospital" many times, including for major eye surgery.
