I am just getting ready to start week 3 of this P90X workout program. I am feeling a lot of improvement but not noticing much visually; although I have gained 7 lbs. At Least my pants still fit...not sure where the weight is???

Some of the weight gain could be excess water however, you are probably gaining muscle which won't become as apparent visually until you keep it on. That muscle will definitely begin to burn more fat once you continue to use those new additional muscles you are building. I am sure you probably already know all of this so I apologize if I am playing a broken record. I just love to talk about health and fitness. It is my passion!
I too, am on a mission to lean out a bit, not lose weight but increase my cardiovascular exercise on top of all of the working out I do in my profession. It should be easy to lean out since the weather is bearable to begin riding my bike again. I am super excited!
