I just finished the chest and back workout which was followed by the ab ripper - talk about kicking a man while he was down...I do not even want to think the word push-up!
Don't know if it is in the P90X, I tried to google it with limited results.... I just know it as a great core exercise that my old trainer would throw in at the end of an intense workout..... just to make sure I was truly broken.
There is nothing that feels better than kicking your own ass. Way to go champ! Next time if you have an opportunity, throw one of these in I add these into my routine when I teach core conditioning at the gym. It works your entire body and my students love to hate it.
