I just went to the track for the first time this year. I'd done most of my workouts on rollers. A long session of constant speed. The first time is always the worst. the legs just don't want to change effort like that. Maybe I'll go in a couple of weeks with my brother so he can find his track legs.

Lazy day off. Caught on the Vuelta Espana.
This evening went to Taco Mac to meet some friends. A hand full of racers I would normally see at the track were there since racing was rained out. Goldsprints were there. I lost two races but I had the 4th fastest time. Just bad draws, I guess. i did win a jersey in the raffle tho.

race is over. 24 hours is a long time to race. I did get to sleep about 3.5 hours in there. MY team - Race Riot! - we were 6th on laps and 8th on points. Only Team-tm beat us in both categories.
