Dear Poor soul who reads This,
So I finally found these guys. These guys I've been to their shop many, many times before. I buy alot of my volkswagen parts from. I asked again about baja kits and one of them opened up, opened up to me well. So much so, he showed me a fender from a kit, we went out back and he showed me a the kit on a car. Awsome! So i ordered it. I should have it soon, tomorrow, I hope. This weekend, I pulled the engine from it. Found out I need some mounts; so I better suck it up and buy those. More fuckin money. I found the exhaust I want too. Ha, even MORE money. I've spent like $750 already and I still haven't gotten everything I need. Its scary. a year ago, when I planned it out, it seemed only this much and I was on my way. The dmv wants their chunk, which is like 200 or more bucks; plus 3 inspections. Some day I'll get there. There has been talk of me moving. Not just to an apartment, but to the other side of the country. I kinda like that idea but the humidity and in my line of work thats tough. The people back east live by air conditioning. I hate working on air conditioning and theres a good, and I mean good chance; a shop I work for will not air condition their shop. Then the other thing that weighs on my mind is a new job; where will i find one? It has to be right away; or I'll run out of money. Where will I find a job that pays the rate I'm at now? Does the law apply out there like it does here? (If you provide your own tools to do work you are garenteed double minimum wage.) So I've got plenty on my plate right now. I'm taking them off a list one damned thing at a time.
Sincerely, Stab_Me
