Well then.

I started my new job; it's the same as the old one, just different signature on my paycheck, it's rather convenient like that.

I went down to San Jose for the weekend. There were cheap flights for Mother's day weekend, so I obviously spent the money for a round-trip flight to visit a girlfriend. Hot. The Bay Area is not so bad. It's definitely pretty diverse, and amazingly beautiful in places. I'm sure I could get work there in a few years should I look hard enough.

I went to England (there are three entries there) for 10 days the week before. Visited friends, family and had a great time going about places.

The house is going well--things've settled down and it's quite domestic. I'm digging my basement room as it's quite a bit cooler than upstairs. I might have to remember that when I get a house--maybe the master bedroom will be downstairs.

I need to spend some time re-discovering Portland this summer, I think. I need to go out to Hypnogogic and PDXMatt's party on Sunday. There are a lot of things in the city that need doing.
