I woke up for naught--or so I previously thought. I apparently didn't have to go into work today because that particular job was cancelled--it just wouldn't work with my upcoming schedule. Oh well, I'm okay with that.
I had breakfast with a friend--I don't know why, but the appeal of sit-down breakfasts at restaurant aren't that appealing. I mean, what do you have to choose from? A breakfast plate, an omlette, pancakes? It just doesn't seem justified. It was good to hang out though.
I did stop and grab my laptop and some other stuff. I watched a bunch of episodes of Carnivale. I finally got through that and a short nap at around 4pm and I started working on some crafts projects.
Superlaaaaazy. I guess I'm just antsy to get this job underway and have that all sorted out. Obviously, income is good.

I just read that the base ticket price will be $185. Up $10 from last year, but in all not too bad an increase...it's still the best money I'll spend all year. The skinny.
Aside from any clothes, costumes, or other gear, there's a cool camp called the Black Rock Boutique. They operate a sort of outfit/costume shop. All year long they collect, make, or even buy burner-esque attire, and then set up "shop" someplace near center camp to cater to first time burners, as well as those with a sense of adventurous style. I use quotes, of course, because despite being a shop or boutique, everything in it is free.
