ok, it started saturday night, puked for 4 hours or so. I ate again sunday night thinking It would be ok, puked again for hours. Monday dry heaves, feels like all my organs are missing or displaced.

I have never been this sick in my life frown

Today is Tuesday I still feel empty, and nauseated. Shaking still. I want to eat but dont know if I should. Been drinking water and gingerale.

This is misery....im smiling, but not as big smile

I just need to feel better. Ive tried everything frown

frown Fluids and vitamin C. Maybe extremely high doses of Ecchinechea (sp?) I use the kind in grain alcohol with goldenseal or some shit like that. They say to dilute it in tea or water, but i just pour the eyedropper out under my tongue and let it absorb for a minute, then swallow it. Tastes like shit might i add.

And rest. Lots of rest.
