I am feeling better today. not such a heavy heart. i just want to start working as a hypnotherapist. Teaching will be a form of healing to me.I want to teach this method of self-hypnosis to as many that are willing to learn. without all these tools I would be on a downward spiral.

All of your thoughts and intentions and kind words are helping so much. thank you. keep in mind, i had never loved anyone before like this. Its like a loss similar to death. We are still friends. I cant throw that away. Our relationship changed, maybe this is what the universe needs from me is complete focus. he still wants to call and hang out and all that. I dont know what to think of that. maybe hes having a mid life crisis. anyway, I have no anger really just feeling empty. it must pass quickly bc i have work to do!
