I am sending a message tonight. I had my class and my Shaman had a very compelling and urgent message. I feel due to the way many have been feeling ill and down and life is not going right, there is a reason. I willl not say what, however, anyone who feels the need to comment or ask I will discuss it further.

I only ask this because i feel compelled to share that we must all embrace a loving heart at this time. Look at your enemies and smile. Think like it is your last breath, and how you would savor that moment through peace and tranquility. Think of love and light and peace on earth and good intentions, despite those who believe that good intentions pave the road to hell. I do not.

Our many thoughts that go out into the universe, they come back, but if we can expel the negative, and outpour the positive
maybe, just maybe, we can all live happily ever after.

There is a storm coming my friends, batten down the hatches, and put your armor on...If we stand strong and firm like the buffalo i think we can supress any mighty wind....

put love in your hearts Im not preaching, i am just beseeching. But know this those of you who are feeling unwell, including myself, just try to tune in a little bit, away from ego, and see what happens
