well folks...exactly one week since i started my exercise program...haven't weighed in cuz i'm not gonna...that's so depressing sometimes...i figure i go to the doc's on the 26th...so will be weighed in then...we'll see if anything's changed weight-wise...but i must say...in a weeks time...i can now suck in my gut...which i couldn't do before...which means my muscles are getting toned. and i have soooooooo much more energy! i love it! so the exercising is so worth it...now i'm not dieting...fabob's on dieting...never works...ever! but with the exercise, eating less, and cutting out the soda and alcohol, i'll get down to a size where i'm not 'morbidly obese' still have some cushion, and allllllllllllllllll the curves and be hot! thanx to support from friends here at home and abroad(psstt...this means all youse guys ) much love to everyone!
