Hi folks The Christmas Season almost upon us. This is just a friendly reminder that although for lots of people its their favourite time of the year, a time for family, giving and celebration. However for some its a very difficult time, loneliness, money concerns, substance abuse and domestic turmoil can be major issues for many. Try and remember that this is not something that everyone is looking forward to and give a thought to those who might be struggling.
