Had an eye appointment today. Was disappointed in the selection, but I still managed to get killer pair of specs....
Went to a local dive to meet some friends afterwards. A local cover band was playing....but strangely enough they were playing...most of my favorite "older" songs ever. Crazy. I couldn't believe it. At one point they were playing Blind Melon's Walk, and a cute Chinese older lady walked in selling roses, so I bought some from her....and gave them to a rather sad looking fellow there...I think it made his day...and that makes mine.
