Well pookies ...

I am sorry to tell you that I have just gotten out of the Psych Ward at St Anthony's Hospital...

I took all of my xanax and drank like I said I was going to...

and ended up getting charcoal

and a 1 weeks stay in the looney bin...

I am still sad...

but I dont think i'll be doing that again...

I havn't ever commented here, but I hope you get well. There are people (well at least here) who are ready and willing to support and you. I myself just had my first counseling session yesterday. There's always a way out and a future ahead.
