So. It rained a lot yesterday and flooded my house. I am so pissed. I got stuck in water for an hour until some kid pushed me out with his truck. Now my carpet is going to be rotted. This is bullshit. BULLSHIT..

so... our stupid landlord didn't see a problem with our neighbors having a higher yard than us.. and their yard stayed nice and "dry" cause it ran into our yard and sat next to our house...

i'm just glad that its ultimately our landlord's problem... I have renters insurance.. so bring on the rain... I am just pissed that I spent the better part of my day fighting the water... We had to dig up part of the yard to redirect it and sucked the water up with a shampoo'er for 3 1/2 hours.. now we have a fan trying to at least dry it... Shitty part is it was muddy water and now the carpet is brown..
