Parties with Pot Head friends are good. My mother has been a smoker my whole life and I don't like it. I respect other people's want to smoke, but I don't smoke anything.
So, of course, the stoners love to have me over, because I chat and party without taking a turn on the rotation.
Oh well. It was good, for the most part. Karen (the preggo friend) was there, because she was long time friends of the people holding the party. However, she was totally excluded in the most casual way. I mean, it was obvious she wasn't going to be smoking a bowl, but she just seemed to get forgotten.
I tried to cheer her up, and i only got mixed signals. We've only been friends off and on for a couple of years, and the hosts had been her friends for a decade. Oh well.
I got to drive her home, and the ex was there (which he was kinda supposed to be, but he's a loser so we didn't expect he would be). Big, dumb looking mofo.
I know, i know. I'm a man and i have no taste in men. *shrugs*. heck, i don't have much taste in anything so far as some people are concerned tonight.

At the parties I go to, the guests usually split in two. The last one I was at the stoners sat in the front room playing video games, and the non-stoners (inc. me) stood int he back garden drunkenly discussing politics.
