That's what I keep telling myself. (keeping saying it, you might begin to believe it).
Today my sister graduates with her AA from the local Community College. Her plans include going on for her BA and MA, but hey, each milestone is good, right? Another excuse to break out the new camera. Watch my photobucket for new pictures. (i know, i know, I suck. But, practice makes perfect!)
My car is falling apart. Too much incompetent work on it. Midas put on a whole new exhaust system last year and it's already got holes. Guess who is covering that cost (oddly enough, they do! but not the labor)? Plus a tie rod is falling out. There's a few hundred extra on top....
Do not ever ever get work done at Pep Boys. What a bunch of robbing, mean, mother fuckers. They charged me $400 for work (break work. my breaks had given out because my brake line had died, so i HAD to get it fixed because the car was undrivable). They saw that and ripped me a new one. Gave me rebuilt calipers (one of which is failing already) and they cleaned out the old brake fluid lines without replacing them. Needless to say, it's been 6 months and the whole system is for shit and needs to be replaced.
What does Pep boys say? "Well, jeeze, sucks to be you. We only guarentee pads, and we didn't replace THOSE."
Anyway, take your business anywhere but there. I got ripped by Pep boys and they're laughing all the way to the bank. I keep calling them and getting transferred higher and higher (i'm now in touch with the corporate office complaints department), but they're all giving me b.s.
I don't even have time to check out much of SG today.
