Your MRI is nicer then my MRI...
It looks pretty good from what I can see, except the back left lobe? It's impossible to tell at this size or without the other slices. No obvious masses or white matter decay or atrophy, no midline shifting, Corpus Collosum appears normal, no ACM that I can see, I hope that's a shadow and not an impinging bone spur in your C-spine, what could look like a spot of white matter in the upper left is probably just that slice...
Show me in person and I can tell you better..
