-friday afternoon

-i'm glad you all dug the pics of me in the winnie the pooh costume. i'll see if i can find the pics of me and my cousin dressed as raoul duke and dr. gonzo from fear and loathing.

-that blackout yesterday was okay until it got too hot to stay in my house. i can't stand heat...i'm like a penguin. (maybe i'll dress like chilly willy for halloween this year!)..thankfully they had power 2 towns over,
where myfriends tattoo shop is. i went there and chilled for a bit then we went to the bar and did some drinking and watched the yankees beat the orioles. not too bad. the power came back on at my place at around 8:20pm. so it was out for a little over 4 hours.

-i'd like to take this time out to thank the academy....no seriously though, thanks to ButterflyLady and RxQueen for saying nice things about me in the appreciation thread. what a couple of sweeties!

-now listening to: Bolt Thrower - "World Eater"

-still waiting for: my group to be accepted

-also still waiting for: more people to recommend a good book for me to read next. Thanks to Souljacker and RxQueen for the recommendations. I'm gonna check both of those out next time i go to the bookstore or library.

-have a great weekend and remember to drink too much and think of me!
