I am having a candida outbreak.


My skin is breaking out into rashes, and I have no choice but to go on a strict anti fungal diet and a skin treatment reginmen. It really sucks you all, espielly having a outbreak in the summer, when its hot and sticky out. Yeast loves the heat.
