I am having a candida outbreak.
My skin is breaking out into rashes, and I have no choice but to go on a strict anti fungal diet and a skin treatment reginmen. It really sucks you all, espielly having a outbreak in the summer, when its hot and sticky out. Yeast loves the heat.
I'm sorta depressed today, even though I have only been up for two hours.
I think it has to do with the heat. I hate extreme weather. Extreme cold, and extreme heat-heat the most. I live in hoodies, and so the summer is super uncomfoy for me. I don't like getting tanned so I cover up a lot during the day, and that just forces my body to sweat, which means I get all gross and what not. Curses!!!
I'm gonna surf net now.
