things have been going really well for me. i couldnt be more happy. minus this weekend.
thursday was fantastic. i spent the entire day with the girl and the daughter. i love spoiling them both. Cooked dinner for them, then took them out for ice cream, then went to target and shopped and bought them things.
friday night was our (holyfuckingcrap) show at the Hi-Fi. The night looked promising as there were a lot of people there. Which was good. I still don't have any hearing in my left ear, so i was worried about being able to hear what was going on and all that jazz. but when it came time for us to play, that was the least of my worries. Right before we were loading from the truck to the stage, Joe and I were goofing around, and all of a sudden i hear / felt a snap in my foot. Same place i broke my foot 3 months ago. obviously it wasnt fully healed and i re-broke my foot. i could barell walk when we got on stage but somehow my adrenaline, and the beer, made me perform.
i spent the whole day, yesterday on the couch and in bed sleeping and staying off my foot. i refused to go to the doctors because im super stubborn. which got me in trouble with the lady. so while she was mad/upset with me all day, i felt like crap for making her upset. we talked things over and smoothed it out. which was nice. because it wasnt really an arguement in the first place but just deep feelings for one another.
