This past week has been shitty
1. I missed the SG Burlesque Show in Tallahassee on Halloween. I've been counting down the days for the past two months. My friend was supposed to drive me there but he canceled out on me a mere 72 hours before the show. I frantically tried to find a ride but alas I never found one. So instead that night I went to a mediocre costume party.
2. My neurologist prescribed me Ambien because he thinks that my insomnia is causing my daily migraines. I took it six times and it didn't work at all. It just made me feel dizzy but didn't help me sleep at all. Ambien is the strongest and most popular sleeping pill on the market so I'm really surprised that it didn't affect me at all.
3. Because the Ambien didn't work I still get migraines every single fucking day. I was going to see The Melvins play here in Gainesville last Saturday night but my headache was so horrible that I just went to bed early.
4. Another side effect of my migraines is that I can't work a full 40 hours a week. I can only work a couple of hours in a day before my migraines make me feel exhausted. As a result I can only work at the most 30 hours a week. I barely made rent last month and I'm not sure how I'm going to pay my credit card bill this month.
5. Yet another downside of my migraines is that I've been putting off my law school applications. I have to send it all in before I leave to the Vietnam on the 19th and I still haven't started my personal statement. I just feel so crappy when I come home from work that I don't feel like doing any school related things.
6. And to top it all off I'm having emo-heartbroken-Type O Negative problems with this one girl too . I don't want to write about it anymore or else I'll just sound really whiney.
My head hurts. I'm going to bed now.

Edit to add: I'll be in Vietnam until Dec 21st. Wish me luck!
