September 30- I'm taking the LSAT this Saturday. I'm not really nervous about it even though I should be. I took two practice tests and I scored fairly low on both of them. We'll see what happens.
October 13- Yeah Yeah Yeahs are playing in Orlando and I really want to go but I don't have a ride there. It sucks not having a car grrrr.
October 30- SG Burlesque Show in Cocoa Beach. Need I say more?
October 31-I originally was going to be Kim Jong Il for Halloween since I have poofy hair like him. But now I think I'm going to be Borat from Ali G haha. I can't wait to see the Borat movie. Wow Wow Wee Waa!
November 19- My 23rd birthday. I'm getting old haha. I sorta want to have a party but I know my landlord would get pissed if we did. It would be great to have a Religion themed costume party. I would be the Dali Lama hehe.
November 21-My mom and I leave from Miami to Ho Chi Minh City. My mom's friend's daughter is having a traditional Vietnamese wedding in the city on December 2 so that will be interesting. Then we are going to Phan Dang, a small farming town in central Vietnam where my family lives and where my mom grew up. And then we will depart from Hanoi.
December 14-17- When we fly back to the U.S. we have a lay over in Tokyo and the airline said we could stay a couple of days in the city if we want too. How awesome is that? I think next to Vietnam, Japan is the 2nd country that I would most want to visit so it's nice how that worked out.
Background story on my mom: My mom was born in Vietnam and when she was seven years old she accidentally got separated from her parents at a train station. The government officials couldn't find her family so they put her in an orphanage. In 1963 during the start of the Vietnam War, an American soldier (my adopted grandfather) adopted my mom and brought her back to Florida. She stayed there until she was an adult and later married a white American (my father) as they met at a church bible study.
In 1997 after she got married and had kids my mom went back to Vietnam to find her family. With paid help from a guide she found her old family after only 3 days of looking. She's been back there four times since then. My brother and sister haven't really shown any interested in going to Vietnam but I'm really excited about it.

Although the mention of a stable job made me think you meant working with horses... I see what you mean now, though!
I would also like to know how the LSAT went.
