Both Poedelaire and alienz tagged me with that 20 things about yourself thingy so here we go:
1. I have been told by two different friends, who have never met each other before, that I would make a great kindergarten teacher. My one friend says that I'm the asian version of Mr. Rogers haha. I think this is funny because I have absolutely no desire to have kids of my own.
2. When I registered to vote two years ago I actually marked down Republican and haven't had a chance to change it over to Democrat yet. This was even after I stopped being a Christian.
3. Although I voted for Kerry, I voted for the Republican Florida Senate candidate (who won unfortunately) and voted for the Florida ammendment that requires minors seeking abortion to get parental notifacation (which also passed unfortunately). But of course now I'm a staunch pro-choice advocate and will vote Democrat across the board in the 2006 elections.
4. I've been having migrane headaches daily for the past 6 months. Two months ago I was prescribed $120 medicine which didn't help at all. Because my doctor still has no idea what is wrong with me I have to have a MRI tomorrow which will cost $500.
5. On Wednsday my doctor also prescribed me an anti-seizure medicine (it only costed $18 for a month supply) because one of the positive side effects of it is that it helps with headaches. When I looked up the drug online I learned that it is often used recreationally.
6. However I have never taken more than the prescribed amount because it would most likely just make the headaches even worse. But I take it during the day as opposed to at bedtime as the instructions recommend. This way I can feel the full relaxing effects of it hehe.
7. I'm really bad at spelling and grammar.
8. I hate waking up early in the morning. I always try to schedule my classes as late as possible. I'm going to have a really hard time if I ever have a 9-5 job haha.
9. Last night I cooked up chicken drenched in garlic, ginger , red pepper and alfredo sause with spaghetti. I think it was the best meal I've ever made even though I burnt the chicken a little bit haha.
10. I rented Old Boy last night and I thought it was really good. It sucked though because it was dubbed in English and the voice actors were horrible.
11. I've been listening to a lot of Rammstein lately for some reason. I think if this was still the mid 90's I would start an industrial metal band haha.
12. I had to re-send a CD to Shoegal three times now. The first time I put down the wrong address and the second time they sent the package back again for unknown reasons. Today I just sent a whole new package so hopefully it will go through. Stupid post office haha.
13. While growing up my mother wouldn't allow me to celebrate Halloween because she thought it was demonic holiday, no joke. So now in collage I really look forward to Halloween because I was deprived of it my whole life haha.
14. Freshman year I dressed as a women, which is a pretty unoriginal costume hehe. Sophmore year I dressed as Gene Simmons while my three friends dressed as the other members of KISS. I had the blood coming out of my mouth and everything haha. Last year as you might recall I dressed as Tyrone Biggums, the crack addict from the Chappelle Show. And this year of course I was Hunter S Thompson (see profile pic).
15. I went to two Halloween parties last week. At the first one someone was dressed as Dr. Gonzo. He came up to me saying "As your attorney, I advise you to take a hit out of the little brown flask in my shaving kit."
At the second party someone else was dressed as Hunter as well. We even had on the same red Hawaiian shirt from Wal-Mart. At the party there was also not one, but TWO people dressed as Quail Man from Doug hehe.
16. Today I was listened to 2 Live Crew's "Just shake that ass bitch" (don't ask me why because I don't know haha). I noticed two things about the song. In the first verse they say "Doin' it Palm Beach County style" which is awesome because it's the first song I've ever heard that makes a shout out to good old PBC.
17. The second thing I noticed is that xylophone hook in the Missy Elliot single "Lose Control" is sampled from that 2 Live Crew song. How weak is that that modern rap artists have to start sampling from previous rap songs.
18. MySpace needs to put a "Mult-Racial" option for the ethnicity profile. Now I just have to mark "Other" which sounds really lame.
19. I write, use forks/spoons and play guitar/bass right handed. But I drink from cups, speak into phones and hold umbrellas with my left hand.
20. When I was in elementry school I liked penguins so much that my nickname was Penguin tee hee. I was really good at kickball too so whenever I kicked a homerun they would cheer "Go Penguin boy go!"

every once in a while I like to read the books that leave me not smiling..but it's not that often.
It might be that easy to get a script for sleeping pills. At least it was easy for me.
What's not easy is getting the doctor to give me some klonopins
