For some reason sleep has been escaping me. I can be dead tired after a hard day at work,but once my head hits the pillow my eyes shoot open. I have tried various things such as; no caffiene(which might be a crime against humanity), sleepy time tea, pm medicines, glasses of booze, and pretty much anything that has been suggested,yet nothing works. If I do manage to fall asleep it is only in 30-45 minute increments. I work in a high stress environment, but I have been there 7 years and I have only had this problem one other time. Not sure what the cause is, but I would love to know so I can fix it. The only benefit I have of it is I get to stay up and view all the beautiful people on SG most of the night. I know I am just ranting and other people have worse problems, but I just need to blow off steam and sometimes writing about something gives me an insight into what the issue is.sadly this is not seeming to be the case tonight! On a brighter note the Christmas season is upon us and I just had a wonderful vacation in Idaho visiting my family. I hope everyone is enduring this crazy cold weather and getting ready to enjoy the togetherness and company of loved ones that Christmas brings!!!!

Dude that sucks! It happens to me as well. I noticed it got worse the later i would run after work. My Doc said to finish with my workout at least 3 hours before bed. It has something to do with the chemicals released while exercising. Hope you get some sleep man, work is stressful enough without having to worry about being worn out and cranky @holton

Yeah @elkcrazy32 I haven't been able to go to the gym or run for over a month due to injured ribs. They should be completely healed by next week though. Yeah were I work being worn out is never a good thing but I think they are used to me acting cranky sometimes.
