Also I think if a few more people give some positive attention that is well deserved to @brandieenicolee it may give her the super sexy confidence she needs to decide to submit a set soon.... all of you ladies are lovely and beautiful!!!!

Ok so on top of my recent bout of insomnia the has been a hell of a week so far. Let's see just got back from a wonderful vacation, and the next day flat tire. For some reason sleep has been escaping me. I can be dead tired after a hard day at work,but once my head hits the pillow my eyes shoot open. Dude that sucks! It happens to me as well. I noticed it got worse the later i would run after work. My Doc said to finish with my workout at least 3 hours before bed. It has something to do with the chemicals released while exercising. Hope you get some sleep man, work is stressful enough without having to worry about being worn out and cranky @holton

Yeah @elkcrazy32 I haven't been able to go to the gym or run for over a month due to injured ribs. They should be completely healed by next week though. Yeah were I work being worn out is never a good thing but I think they are used to me acting cranky sometimes.
