Sorry you went through this! I had a similar problem once. The woman completely botched fixing it because she was on the phone with another customer and didn't listen to a thing I said. Then she said she couldn't reverse it and tried to blame it on me. Dealing with bank employees made me feel like absolute shit. So many people in this world equate wealth with intelligence.
