holiday

so i was having a discussion today at work about online dating sites. pretty much what our opion of them all around are. one of my sisters used one and just got married to a guy she met off of it this past june. I feel she has a special siuation. She is 31 with very strong values. she kept her virginity till marriage and religion was a major part of finding her husband. i think in that siuation, once you have exhausted all possibilities at your church, then that is a great route to go. I mean, she had a strict criteria this guy had to meet before even meeting him....finding that on the street is a tough one. however, we came to this agreement..... if you are in your early 20s and have had failed relationships and you dont really know why, going to an online dating service is bullshit. maybe you should deal with why your relationships failed rather then seeking perfect strangers to have yet more failed relationships.......
anyways......things my way are great. work is work. nothing new on the photography, just alot of personal shit i've been working on. Tomorrow is valentines day, and for the first time in a long time i can say i am pretty happy about it! i cant remember the last time i've had a good one. i'm wicked lame and went out and got tons of cute shit for my baby........i got a small ballon to put by his bed for when he wakes up, a bigger ballon and flowers for next to his computer (which will be the first place he goes to when he wakes up) and the biggest ballon and the biggest card i have ever seen for the livingroom....plus a few cutes things as well! its also gunna snow a ton tomorrow so we get to have snow day.....i am just all around pumped!!!!
