I don't believe in hell. I don't believe in any sort of higher power, at least not in terms of an intelligent being that created us all. (As anti-superstition as I am, I still believe in fate to a degree.) I don't think that if you're a bad person or a blasphemer you go to a place made of fire and suffering and pain for eternal punishment.
No.
I believe that if you're a bad person, you're doomed to spend the next few weeks, months or possibly even years, searching for a job. You will be doomed to wander from establishment to establishment, a smile plastered across your face, resume in hand, asking to speak to managers and charming them into shaking your hand and waving good-bye as you walk right back out. You'll spend your time answering ads on Craigslist, knowing that even though the ad was posted 15 minutes ago, your email is 143rd in line and about half of the people ahead of you are far more qualified because they just got laid off. You'll be registered for and be a frequent visitor of every job search site that exists.
I must've been pretty damn bad.
In other news, bullet points!
-I'm slowly quitting smoking.
-Considering becoming a vegetarian again, not too sure.
-Looking into acting classes.
-My brother is coming back in town in a few hours after spending a week back home.
-Taking care of four cats for a week has taught me that I'd love to have a cat, not cats. At least not more than two.
That's it really.
Oh. You're incredible.
