Last night I had three choices:
1) Stab my assistant manager(and friend of 6 years) for cursing me out and threatening my job after staying an extra hour to help her clean up the store.
2) Clock out and leave after said incident.
3) Keep cleaning up the store, finish, and wait until I get on shift today to talk to my manager about how he needs to either never schedule us together again, or fire one of us.
I chose 3.
Work is in about an hour and I honestly think that if it does come down between her or me, he'll choose me.
While I'd need to be trained to take over for her, she's a quick-to-anger, condescending, smug bitch that never closes on time because she spends most shifts talking to friends instead of working.
But I think I'll just mention that she was being a bitch and he needs to talk to her about being more respectful. People hate to be put between a rock and a hard place.
