yay! New picture with my short black hair. I'm so cute.
So my best friend's boyfriend of five months broke up with her. She's taking it exceptionally well, but that may be due in part to the fact that she's been expecting it. In fact, she was thinking of breaking up with him a bit ago.
So I went to Incline last night to hang out with her. We went to Cutthroats. Malcolm was working, so our first round was free
Of course, we each only had two drinks. I had to drive, and she had classes in the morning. But we had fun. We talked about the fact that I'm moving to Oregon with her after she graduates in May. We're going to write novels together, and live together, and she is all I'll ever need.
I have an interview at Office Max on Saturday. Not even close to what I'd want to do, but I need a job. I have rent & utilities to pay, car insurance to pay, I have to save for the move to Oregon, and I'm going to need to purchase some health insurance. As soon as I graduated college, I was off my dad's policy. Should have gone to grad school, but I needed a break (badly) from school. So...I do hope I get the job. I need the money. If the job sucks, whatthefuckever. I can get a second job, I can work on my writing when I'm not at work, and I can just survive until May.
*even a punk needs a paycheck*
Ciao!
(ps. sucks something bad that I'm back on SG. I love it, but my membership expires in March, and I can't afford to renew it. oh well....maybe I'll come back one day when I have the dough

very cute! heehee. good luck with the job. at least you're being responsible and trying to get a job even though you dont like it. i know a lot of people who were in a similar situation and refused to work anywhere that didnt require a degree. *shakes head* of course, i have no job right now, but that's different. i dont need one. one your way to oregon you should come to tehachapi! cuz it's so, um, out of the way..
