I'm a firm believer in multiverse theory.
For those that are unfamiliar with this what it boils down to is that there are an infinite number of alternate universes running parallel to what we call our reality, occupied by versions of ourselves who's lives have turned out differently by the different choices that we have made. For example there is a version of myself that decided to go to college and achieved the qualifications he required to join the Air Force as a pilot like I wanted to as a kid instead of going out and getting a job straight out of school and winding up in my current job.
Another example would be a version of me that didn't freak out at the thought of a committed relationship with one of the girls from my past and would now have a family unlike the bitter singleton that I am today.
The point I'm getting to (all be it very slowly, sorry) is that by applying this theory, somewhere out there in one universe or another
I'M BATMAN!
