I always wanted to get into rebuilding houses, I love working on them. It finally looks as if the ball is rolling in that direction for me now. Eventually within the next 2 years me and my cousin will be buying a house to fix and then sell. Today i took off from work and helped my cousin move out of the house he lived in and back to his parents. This november i should be able to pay off my car and drop my insurance to liability. Once all this is out of the way we are going to start looking for shitholes to fix.
