Last weekend, I got the opportunity to go with one of my best friends, @Roz, to a photoshoot for a little moral support. @soraleia had been a part of a brand new, still secret, project by photographer Slevin Mors, and Roz was asked to be a part of it as well.
Before we finished with Roz's shoot, the photographer got a last minute cancellation by another model. And being the good friend that she is.. she blurted out, "Hixon is a model!!"
So, I became part of this project. I think it is just incredible and am so excited to be able to attend this gala opening not only as guest, but as a piece of the project.. and along with my favorite hopefuls :)
Naturally, we decided to leave all the blood on our face and go have lunch near downtown disney.
"Hi. We called about a table for three.. but we only need two now."
"We were having problems in our relationship. So we got rid of him."
After lunch was Starbucks..
Little cute cashier looks at Roz: "Are you okay?"
Roz: [huge grin] "uh huh!"
Cute cashier: "No seriously, are you ok?"
I was dying laughing. After some explanation, we got our coffee and headed back to the car, only to notice our drink names.
Priceless.
Let me tell you though, that shower once I got home looked like a Dexter outtake.
Once the show is put together, I think it would be amazing if any of you could come see it! Plus, I would love to meet everyone. I'm sure Roz and Soraleia would agree.
