My god. The manager in charge of hiring at the theatre i work at is a HORRIBLE judge of character half the time. Im getting really tired of dealing with people who have a terrible attitude and feel that they can do what they want because they feel that they are superior to other workers of the same level. This one guy whos been there for a month thinks that he does enough work to go on a number of breaks whenever he wants. Even if its ill timed. And he complains about small things that didnt get done by me and another person the night before. Big fuckin deal. Anyway, tomorrow im going to go talk to the manager. Hopefully she will take what I have to say to heart, and not act as bias as she does when hiring. If she is.... ill go take it to the owner and tell him how I feel that her management is unsatisfactory. And it is. it really... really... is.

Anyway, It was nice to get to talk to Natalie again tonight. No matter how frustrated I get during my day, or how depressed I may feel, she always makes me feel better. I wanna meet her, oh so badly. Sooner, the better.
