use photoshop, go into image settings, set the DPi at 150-75, then set the largest dimention to the largest demention that SG'll alow and Bingo, my problem is my phot's are mostly 2400x1800 and about 1mb to begin with, lol

I tend to just use Paint Shop Pro and then resize them till they are under 100k. But then my camera is shit and it doesn't really matter what I do to the images anyway
