I broke my fast last night. I realized that it requires more concentration than I can give and with a annoyingly stressful job - I determined the fast is not in my best interest.
I broke my fast with an intense meal consisting of lentils, kidney and black beans, avacado, fresh tomato, garlic and oil with rice.
I still have not eaten meat yet and I do not plan on eating as often as I used to.
we'll see how this all goes.
Oh and I'm on day 6 without smoking.

and glad u broke up ur fasting... and turn into a healthy diet... why dont u try to be vegetarian? heheh just a suggestion
