Today was an active day for me. I started my day with a 5k race where I placed 6th overall and 1st in my age group.. Then 2hrs later I was in a toughest man competion where I placed 1st in my age group for that as well

I look like hell in the pictures but I think that’s understandable after what I went threw lol
