ugh! today is terrible!!!

im icing my back right now. in hopes that it helps...

its been bothering my A LOT lately, just to the left of my spine, and around shoulder blade height. lately its just been feeling extremely tight and painful... today it felt like my back was burning there. not only did it hurt, but it literally felt hot to me... thats what my brain was perceiving anyway..

im glad i have the next three days off...

in other news, i got some good news today.

starve the ego, feed the soul has been queued!
