wow... i am quite nervous.
as you probably know, i have been looking for work for a while now..
well, it seems like something may finally be falling into place, and not one, but possible two restaurants in a fairly high end part of san jose. they are owned by the same company, and i could be working at both of them.
they are setting up a second interview for sometime early next week, and i am possibly going to have to make something for them.
i mentioned a lemon cardamom creme brulee i made a while back, the COO said he would be interested in trying it.
its an asian restaurant, which i have no experience in, so its hard to think of what flavors to use.
im also thinking of a mango ginger tart, though i have never made such a thing, i think it sounds good..
but i am biased, i LOVE ginger.
