I had to get up at 6 this morning for yet another lovely doctor's appointment. But before that it was 90 minutes of pancakes, bacon, coffee, and Tipping the Velvet at IHoP. Anywho, I am now being weened off of depakote since that evil medicine has packed on 12 lbs to my 5'7 frame. I also have a tumor in my brain. Benign, but I have to have bloodwork done yet again tomorrow. Within a couple of weeks I'll be taking 5 pills a day because of the way I'm being weened off of depakote and onto my new meds. My health is one big barrel of monkeys , oh yes. 
It's quite beautiful today. I want to go for a drive. I'd love to go to Broad Ripple today, but there's not enough gas in the car. Meh.
Oh no, I'm watching The West Wing and it's the episode where Mrs.Laningham died.
Remember on the news a couple weeks ago there was word terrorists were planning to bomb a large mall in Columbus, OH? That's the mall my best friend works at. Trippy.

Who were (are) your teenage celebrity crushes? I never had (have) typical ones. Never liked a boyband or a teen star. They always seem to be my dad's age or older. My friends always found (find) it creepy. Ha! David Duchovny, John Stewart, James Marsters, Julian McMahon (I was all tingly for him way before Nip/Tuck.), Chris Issack. I am such a dork.
I refuse to see Farenheit 911. Quit telling me what to think, Moore! I don't like the left jamming junk down my throat, no more than the right. Or anyone, for that matter!
I had a Loretta Lynn song stuck in my all last night. I watched Coal Miner's Daughter, and then my mother started talking about 'Miss being Mrs.' with Jack White and then it got jammed in my brain and I couldn't fall asleep.
Anyway. It feels like 4 pm to me right now, but it's only 11. Usually I'm just getting up around this time. I've been up 5 hours already.
When I was at IHoP this morning I thought they started playing Warren G's "Regulate" and it seemed strange, but then like all good rap songs it sampled another song, so I was listening to the original tune. Still, I couldn't help but sing "Nate Dawg and Warren G.'s bout to regulaaate." to myself. They also played the song Imani Coppola sampled for "Legend's of a Cowgirl". I think I'm the only one who likes or remembers that song from back in 97.
All right, stay cucumber, as in cool-as-a.
