So, I supose a lot has been going on lately. I'm starting to settle in to my new job and have made some good friends at work already. I do miss people from my old job but I guess things change. It's been nice not working with my ex. That was just one added stress that I dont have to deal with now.

As for my shitty apartment, I'm moving out on Sunday and moving into a loft with my friend Aaron. I'm so excited. Let the party begin! We even have a sweet spot in the loft to set up turntables. Check it out.

Its hard to see but in the upper left corner of the picture there is a platform above my bedroom where we can set up and then everyone can dance below on the main floor.

Next, I've made a huge decision regaurding school. I have struggled with school so much this semester. Partially because of emotional issues with my ex, not having heat for two weeks in february, trying to work 3 jobs while I was completing my last 2 weeks at Macaroni Grill and starting training for my new job, adjusting to the single life, living alone, being in Detroit where I'm so close to everything that tempts me to go out and drink almost every night, and simply just being burnt out on school. Being in the same 2 rooms, with the same teachers and the same faces semester after semester has been so draining. What I'm trying to get to here is, after struggling with this for about 2 months, I'm dropping my classes this semester and taking a break. If I go back in the fall I'm only taking one class and it will be an elective. I just need out of that building for a while. My biggest concern about all this was disappointing my family. But I'm over it. Everyone should be able to fuck up once. The worst part is that since I'm so burnt out I dont even know how much I enjoy graphics anymore. I've really been thinking about going to beauty school. Once I feel I've had enough of a break I'll decide what to do then.
