Well I'm starting to feel more human again, finally getting over this sickness, cold / flu / who knows what.
Work's being it's usual self, so far this week I've spent 11 hours on what I was supposed to be working on and 13 hours on new things or telling them what they broke and how to fix it. What do you want to bet they're still going to expect me to get everything done anyways?
Well whatever, shit happens and they'll just have to cope.
Non programmers can feel free to skip this one. Been doing some reading on programming stuff lately, and I've gotta say some of these guys have come up with some neat ways of doing things. Putting the workload on the compiler instead of the end program seems like a good idea, but without macros so it's actually type checked by the compiler. Sort of like what I've been doing with inherited classes but faster. Templates sure have come a long way since I went to school, back then they were those things that you might want to use for making collection classes but they're really not good for anything else.
We're coming up on the end of the habitat Mark 1, and so moving and construction should be happening soon. Looking forward to doing something that doesn't involve a computer for a change.
