BDSM-like experimentations & scare tactics push the patients closer & closer to what Dr. Vcard claims to be "the great panacea". Soon his office turns into a large containment area. As fear turns to pleasure, the townspeople are cured.
When a young girl returns to thank the doctor she finds the office empty, reflects upon her renewed sexual gratification & begins to exit. Only to walk directly into Dr. Vcard, who forces her onto an unusual & cold operating table. She reaches stimulation & shouts a moan heard throughout the town.
