Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen..

The menu for todays 'Egg Day' dinner is called:

'Blimey, I Just Woke up from St. Paddy's Day, its Easter, and All I'm wearing is this beer stained Terry Pratchett Shirt'

--Roast Lamb a la 'KlatchianTake Out '
(Lamb shoulder roasted with a fuckova lot of garlic, a wad of Rosemary, some cumin-and-other-exotic-spiced oil that was one of those 'what the hell do I do with this? gifts, Guinness,and pepper.)
--Boiled Potatoes 'St. Patrick'
(plain, boiled, with butter, no fun at all unless combined with the sacreligious au jus from above lamb)
--A Hard boiled Egg! (or 3)
--Various assorted vegetables, really just designed to make everything more 'festive'.
and for dessert..
- 'Use up whatever I can find in the freezer' Cobbler, today featuring Rhubarb and perhaps some escapee strawberries (if I can catch them).

Best when paired with lots of Irish beer and entertaining company.
