Well courtesy of Ebay and a trip to Aylesbury I'm now the proud owner of a Marshall Valvestate amp for less than half the price it would have been in the store, hurrah! Nice and loud but it doesn't make crunchy enough noises will have to remedy that ASAP *sigh*

Meanwhile work is dull my boss is increasingly doing my head in. Makes me laugh they spend several 1K on complex techie stuff and then bugger it up because they're too hands on to just let me do it *sigh*

Hamster is holding up although he's still nodding off after barely any excercise. Hopefully he'll make it through to at least see his 3rd birthday in *sigh*

Spoke to my brother earlier he's a total sadass waster I kinda love him and despair of him at the same time. Took him two years to get a job and it was only because my mum got it for him. Now he's quitting because 'it makes him depressed' (Christ, most people are in the same boat) although he's got nothing lined up. Didn't go in or call all of last week - he wanted them to fire him so he could claim dole quicker. I can see him now 20 years smoking dope and playing console games in a heap of filth in his s***ty little flat with his waster friends. He won't listen to anyone if he doesn't want to help himself there's f*** all we can do for him *sigh*
