So I went to Prague for five days. Lovely place, nice beer, nice people, lots of interesting stuff to see. I've loaded a ton of pics to my folders if you want to go see. Staying up until 4am every morning drinking and playing cards did take its toll however and its taken me most of this week to recover. I've also been snowed under at work with all the stuff that piled up while I was gone *sighs*

In other news I've been mourning the death of two of my favourite TV shows. Well, only relatively speaking. It was the last episode of the last season of The Wire on FXUK this week, and although it was excellent, it's sad to see it's all over. I also finished going through my DVDs of Northern Exposure, one of the most underrated, touching and poignant shows ever to grace the screen. My recollections of the show from its late airing on Channel 4 ten years ago were incomplete and I never made it to the end of the last season. Simply genius. It's a shame that there's not anything like it on TV these days.

By the way Death Race looks awesome. I know it bears little resemblance ot the original, but it looks an awfully lot like the old Dark Future game by Games Workshop. And Jason Statham can do no wrong
